Slow down, unwind, and give your body the deep release it deserves with this 50-minute Deep Summer Yin practice. Designed to gently target the connective tissues, this class uses long-held, supported postures to improve mobility, encourage flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
This practice is especially beneficial after travel, long car rides, hiking adventures, or any time your body feels tight and in need of restoration. Expect a grounding sequence that focuses on opening the hips, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders while inviting a sense of ease and balance throughout the body.
Props Needed:
Resistance band or yoga strap
2 yoga blocks
Optional: a bolster or a few firm pillows for extra support and comfort
